By using the iManifested application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
iManifested is a manifestation tracking application that allows you to record daily affirmations, track your themes and emotions, and receive personalized AI-generated affirmations and visualizations.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the application
- Only one account per person is allowed
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- The app offers a limited free trial
- Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store
- Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings
- No refunds will be made for partial periods
5. AI-Generated Content
Affirmations, visualizations and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence. This content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute medical, psychological or professional advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical questions.
6. Intellectual Property
The application, its design, code and content are the property of DMC Digital LLC. Your recordings and personal data belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is". DMC Digital LLC does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the application.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the application settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
